Smoothie Sunday

 

Hi everyone, happy Sunday.

I started a smoothie series on youtube and social media a couple of weeks ago and I thought I’d share the recipes I’m trying on here as well. Let me know if you have any recommendations or tips for new recipes to try :)

For my Smoothie Series | episode 4

I blended up an All Berry Baby

1/3 cup blackberries - source of vitamin C

1/3 cup raspberries - source of antioxidants & vitamin C

1/2 cup strawberries - fights inflammation & source of vitamin C

1 full banana - source of potassium and magnesium

1/3 cup honey vanilla greek yogurt

1 tbsp of Sunfood Superfoods ‘Smoothie Mix’ - blend of plant superfoods

1/2 cup of your choice of milk

a few ice cubes

Blend & enjoy!
